for cooling belts
A polyester fabric with a mesh opening of 600 and 800 microns is used to be able to cool any type of pasta.
This fabric is coupled between 2 aluminium profiles and completed with the insertion of stainless steel pins with wheels for sliding at the ends of the profiles.
Complete with quick coupling for closing.
Technical sheet of materials used
in the Mundialnyl Metal Slat
PPS 700 (PPS yarn) used in production because it gives excellent results up to a temperature of 110° degrees.
PEEK 800 (PEEK yarn) used in high temperature production as it resists up to 140° degrees.
