The MU700 fabric used to make this carpet is made of a hybrid of two different yarns, PPS and PEEK. The PPS yarn is used in the central part of the carpet where there is less mechanical stress and the fabric only serves as support for the product, while the PEEK yarn is used in the lateral part (in the warp) where there is greater mechanical wear due to the sliding on the ploughshares and lateral guides of the system.
In the central part of PPS we have a 700 micron mesh opening to facilitate the passage of air and
allow the production of even the smallest formats, while in the lateral bands of PEEK the mesh opening is
almost nothing.
The fabric is produced finished in a standard size of 1770 mm directly in the weaving mill, in order to have
a cleaner fabric, free of seams that would wear out over time, polluting the
product.
The choice to use a wire diameter of 400 microns and no longer 300 microns is due to experience
matured with the TELESS lines, where it has demonstrated its exceptional resistance to stress
mechanical.
The fabric is suitable for use up to a temperature of 120°C in the presence of humidity and is
guaranteed for 5 years.
To complete the carpet, a quick PEEK joint will be applied, which simplifies and speeds up the closing of the carpet, removing all the seams.
The joint can be opened and closed several times, to carry out maintenance and cleaning on the lines, it will be sufficient to simply replace the PVDF wire used to close the two flaps
